Dr. Michael Williams is a minimally invasive surgeon specializing in bariatric surgery in the Atlanta, Ga., area. Currently, Dr. Williams is the Chief of Surgery at the Emory Dunwoody Medical Center and the Director of Bariatric Surgery at North Fulton Regional Hospital.
After earning his medical degree from West Virginia University Medical School, Dr. Williams completed fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas Southwestern. Prior to his fellowships, he completed his general surgery residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Williams is an active member of multiple professional organizations and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
