It’s essential that you follow your strict diet to prepare for surgery and acclimate to a new diet. LAP-BAND® diets are restrictive, but following them will show with your new and improved waistline. By carefully following your pre-op diet, you’ll get a better idea of how much food and which types of foods you’ll be able to consume with your smaller stomach after surgery.
